Investment sold in 2004 / 2006


This five-building, Class A office/flex campus, located in the Sunset Corridor of the Portland sub-market was purchased in 2002 shortly after construction was completed when the project was only 17.5 percent leased. Schnitzer West completed a re-branding, upgrading the landscaping, signage and overall feel of the park. One building was sold to the State of Oregon and the remaining buildings were sold as 100 percent net leased assets in 2006 and 2007.
