Developed in 2001, this 305,835 SF development dramatically redefined the concept of workplace, creating new standards for functionality and efficiency. Two high-rise towers are connected by the project’s centerpiece – a four-story, light-filled Great Room where tenants gather to meet, collaborate and celebrate. In March 2005, Civica was sold for the highest-per-SF price ever recorded for an office building in the Pacific Northwest.
