Interval on Mercer is a two-building office complex. Phase I will deliver in Q2 2024 and Phase II will deliver in Q2 2025. On the cusp of the South Lake Union and Uptown neighborhoods, Interval on Mercer is at the crossroads of culture and innovation. Interval on Mercer is participating in Seattle's Living Building Pilot Program (LBPP). Each will meet the highest sustainability standards available. The complex will direct connectivity to Mercer Street, an activated public plaza, and neighborhood-centric retail.
