Schnitzer West’s planned high quality, Class A commercial office building extends the vibrant innovation character of South Lake Union into the Uptown neighborhood. 570 Mercer is designed to reduce the project’s impact on the environment through participation in Seattle’s Living Building Pilot Program (LBPP). The 127,000 SF building will activate Mercer Street and 6th ave through neighborhood-centric retail opportunities with 5,600 SF of retail space.
